The course covers: an exploration of using social media in a business context; where we meet our customers and clients online; how the social media conversation works; a close evaluation of four key social media platforms; leveraging benefit for business; avoiding the pitfalls of social media.

OBJECTIVES

After attending the workshop delegates will:

  • gain an overview of four key platforms
  • learn the benefits and options for using video
  • appreciate what not to do
  • be able to manage the engagement process
  • manage an event through social media
  • connect online with offline marketing
