Family Nursing and Home Care

To assist internal stakeholders in the implementation, integration, training and ongoing business support and maintenance of EMIS and other systems and to ensure it continually meets business requirements and operational needs. Ability to work under pressure in a developing environment and thrive on delivering results against potentially tight deadlines.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

Responsible for functional and technical assessments to configure EMIS software; serve as subject matter expert to provide escalation point for production issues

Assist with system configuration, integration, training, rollout, support, maintenance, and improvements.

Lead the functional testing and quality control of any system changes to EMIS and other core applications within FNHC.

Lead the delivery of tested changes to systems and application processes.

Be involved in the identification of efficiencies and potential benefits and the creation of proposals and plans to implement such efficiencies and deliver benefits.

Implement the change processes in such a way that appropriate documents are comprehensively written and the key people are brought together for each major change.

Analyse more complex problems and propose a range of options with an informed and considered recommendation of the most appropriate solution.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL

Lean Six Sigma methodology (or other recognised business analytical qualification) would be desirable.

A good knowledge of MS Office and other systems. Must be an excellent face-to-face, written and telephone communicator and possess strong analytical skills. Demonstrated success in analysing data and system processes. Possesses excellent document management skills. Able to communicate to all levels of the team. Possesses excellent organisational skills.

Able to understand percentages and basic business calculations. Must be competent in writing business correspondence.

Experience in business change and administration roles as well as delivering system changes where there are complex levels of engagement with users and stakeholders.

Excellent communication skills as well as solid reporting, planning and tracking skills.
