Business Analyst – Business Change Consultant

You will be an experienced and professional change agent who is highly proficient in using business analysis methodologies and tools, including capturing, analysing and documenting requirements, whilst supporting the communication and delivery of requirements with relevant stakeholders.


Although not essential, along with any BCS Business Analysis certifications, a Prince2 Practitioner qualification or similar would be advantageous.

You will have a passion for making a difference as a Business Change Consultant. You will be adept at asking the right questions to tease out the root cause of any issues. Through the analysis of processes, KPI’s, sentiments and goals you will be able to isolate and understand change needs, assess the impact of the changes and identify best-fit solutions.

You will have successfully worked alongside organisations to deliver policy, process and procedure improvements, organisational change or strategic planning and which have often included a systems development or systems implementation component.

You will have successfully delivered some, or all of the following:

  • Business process reengineering
  • Root cause analysis
  • Strategic analysis
  • Requirements gathering
  • Gap analysis
  • Business planning
  • Qualitative and quantitative analysis
  • You will support the delivery of Change Management services that help our clients prepare and manage complex Business, Cultural and Organisational change.
