  • Needs Analysis

Including skills analysis and gap assessment, future skills and capacity needs, develop competency framework, co-ordination with Jersey organisations and membership engagement.

  • Talent Pipeline

Including skills and development programmes, balancing skills and immigration, ICT education curriculum development, developing tertiary education and liaison with States of Jersey programmes.

  • Partners

Including engagement with Jersey organisations, building international academic partnerships, membership engagement, engagement forums and build relationships with UKGOV.

  • Digitally Enabled Society

Including Hub community membership and support, support not-for-profit Hub use, promote digital inclusion, defining and addressing the digital divide and promoting digital competency.
