The Hub repurposing, everything you need to know

As we are sure you are aware, the Hub is being repurposed over the next few months. We have put together a short guide which should cover all aspects of the transition period and hopefully answer all of your questions.

Hub Access

The Hub will be closed from 5pm on Friday 24th of May. All access cards are to be returned to Louise, Head of Hub, ahead of the closure.

 

Temporary Premises

Permanent desk holders will have access to 1st Floor, Forum 4 as of 9am Tuesday 28th May, for the duration of the Hub closure.

Small Business and Enterprise members will have use of DJX free of charge.  We have also secured limited space in town, so please contact to Louise, Head of Hub, to arrange access (on a first come first served basis).

Individual members will need to make alternative arrangements during the Hub closure.

 

Meeting Rooms

Permanent desk users – Occupants of 1st floor, Forum 4 will be permitted to use empty offices as meeting rooms during the Hub closure. A temporary booking system is in place, should you wish to book a room, please contact Louise, Head of Hub.

Small Business members will be able to book meeting rooms in Forum 3 or access the two meeting rooms at DJX at request to Louise, Head of Hub.

 

Hot Desks

Small Business and Enterprise members will have free access to hot desk space at DJX. We have also secured limited space in town, so please contact to Louise, Head of Hub, to arrange access (on a first come first served basis).

Individual members please find alternative venues during the Hub closure.

 

Other/General – All Members

Please ensure all items are cleared from the Hub ahead of the closure on Friday 24th May, this includes the insides of lockers and the fridge, any items left behind will be disposed of.

Some items of furniture and decorative items may be available for purchase, please contact Louise, Head of Hub, for further information.

 

We hope to be completing the renovation by mid-August and will keep you updated as the project develops.  We thank you for your patience during this time and cannot wait to start a new chapter with you.
