Member & Stakeholder Engagement Manager

Hayley is an experienced digital professional with a strong background primarily in ecommerce and customer service. Before joining Digital Jersey in March 2021, Hayley gained just over three years’ experience as a Senior Recruitment Consultant. She assisted hundreds of individuals at all levels with their job searches and built strong professional relationships with many local businesses. As Member and Stakeholder Engagement Manager, Hayley continues to utilise her strong customer service and relationship management skills by assisting and supporting new and existing Digital Jersey members, stakeholders, and the wider team.

After completing her A-Levels at Hautlieu School in 2004, Hayley remained in Jersey and commenced a successful 14-year career in ecommerce where she gained a wealth of experience in many areas, including (but not limited to): website content, varied data administration, customer service, digital marketing, social media communication and management, event organisation, system configuration and integration, IT support and buying. She notably held the position of Product Content Manager at Feelunique for 7 years, where she was instrumental in the launch of hundreds of brands, was involved in various projects, worked closely with all departments, and took pride in creating and implementing processes and procedures.
