We are looking for a Business Service Assurance Lead who will be responsible for measuring the overall service performance of the Network & Service Operations Team.
Working with teams such as Service Management, Service Delivery and Service Desk across Enterprise and International you will assure the Services provided to the JT customer are delivered in accordance with contract and agreed SLAs and OLAs and that these are fit for purpose and meet customer needs.
