Customer Experience Representative

We are looking for a Customer Experience Representative to join our contact centre in Jersey.
 
Please note that this role requires a minimum of 5 years residency.
 
You will often be the first contact a customer has with JT and you will be empowered to make decisions in dealing with customer issues and proving excellent customer service.
