We are looking for a Digital Customer Experience Representative based in our Jersey office, to join us on a permanent contract.
Are you passionate about customer service and building rapport through warm, personable and empathetic writing? Are you someone who is interested in the growing demand to engage with customers via digital channels?
Social media has become a great platform for us to engage with our customers, to help resolve their queries, and we want more great people to join the team to further improve our offering.
