We have a full-time vacancy in our Jersey office for a Digital Marketer who will lead website and digital marketing projects

Webreality is a busy, thriving and growing digital agency. It’s a fun and rewarding place to work. We service over 175 clients, with multiple project teams working on website builds, digital marketing campaigns, social media strategies, content production and custom software development.

What you’ll do

The Digital Marketer leads projects to create digital assets and manage marketing campaigns. In this dynamic role you will:

  • Develop creative concepts to meet client briefs
  • Configure, manage, analyse and optimise marketing campaigns
  • Lead the production of digital media, including:
  • Social content and campaigns
  • Digital advertising
  • Websites‌
  • Email marketing
  • Coordinate content creation, including copy, graphics, photography and video
  • Liaise with strategists, designers‌ & developers to ensure work meets the brief
  • Ensure that documentation and design standards are upheld
  • Identify project issues and resolve them promptly
  • Present and explain campaign creative to clients
  • Update clients on the delivery and results of digital campaigns
  • Ensure all work produced by the Webreality team meets client requirements
  • Contribute to the planning, management and nurturing of long-lasting relationships with clients.

What we’re looking for

  • A love of everything digital
  • A passion for inspiring, engaging content
  • A minimum of 18 months’ experience in a similar role, in-house or agency side
  • Relevant experience in digital marketing, client and project management
  • Experience of Meta Business Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
  • Experience of using Google Analytics
  • Experience of using visual editing software (e.g. Adobe CS and/or Canva)
