The Role:

As a Digital Marketing Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our marketing strategies across various platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, and our company website. You will assist in market research, content creation, database management, and basic invoicing tasks. This role is crucial for enhancing our digital presence and effectively engaging our target audience.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies across platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, and our website to increase brand awareness and engagement.

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and audience preferences to inform marketing strategies.

  • Create engaging content for social media platforms and our website, including posts, articles, and promotional materials.

  • Update and maintain customer databases with accurate and current information.

  • Assist with basic invoicing tasks, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.

  • Monitor social media and website performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

  • Collaborate with the directing manager to brainstorm and implement new marketing tactics that align with our company goals.

 

Requirements:

  • Must be Entitled or Entitled for Work status

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred).

  • Proven experience in digital marketing or related roles.

  • Familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) and best practices.

  • Strong writing and communication skills for creating compelling online content.

  • Basic understanding of market research techniques and analysis.

  • Proficiency in Google Suite and database management; experience with invoicing software is a plus.

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
