Role Description

As a Digital Marketing Executive you will have the opportunity to work across a range of local and global client accounts as part of a multi-skilled team. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with web analytics, digital marketing auditing, search engine optimisation, monthly client reporting, and supporting the setup and management of digital marketing campaigns, including search, social and email marketing.

The Executive will also be expected to attend client progress meetings, oversee client communications (telephone and email), as well as support the coordination of projects, campaigns, retainers and client support.
Specific Responsibilities

  • Supporting the Digital Marketing and Project Delivery teams with the daily management of client accounts.
  • Produce reports and audits for clients and prospective clients, to help provide meaningful, actionable insights for clients.
  • Support the digital marketing team with search marketing campaigns by conducting keyword research, technical SEO auditing, on-site and off-site optimisation initiatives.
  • Support paid social campaign planning, setup and campaign management inc. but not limited to Facebook Ads, Twitter Ads, Instagram Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Support the team with email marketing campaign planning, coordination, setup and management of client communications across a range of platforms.
  • The executive will be expected to support the Digital Marketing Director and Digital Marketing team with the monitoring and management of weekly and monthly resource schedules; ensuring client deadlines are met on time and at the agreed budget.
  • The executive will also support the coordination, setup and delivery of digital marketing retainer activities by working closely with the digital marketing, creative and web teams to setup and coordinate the delivery of tasks.
  • Partake in training and skills development to keep knowledge and skills current and to ensure that you are always recommending a best practice approach to clients.

Desirable Experience
The ideal candidate will have experience with:

  • Content Management systems
  • Primary site analytics platforms Google Analytics
  • Dashboard tools such as Google Data Studio
  • Owned channel reporting platforms such as Facebook Ads Reporting, Twitter Analytics, LinkedIn Analytics, Google Ads
  • Search analytics tools GSC and Google Keyword Planner
  • Basic HTML and CSS

Desirable Qualifications

  • Google Analytics Individual Qualification (GAIQ)
  • Google Ads Qualifications
  • Facebook Blueprint Qualification
