We are looking to hire a Digital Marketing Manager for our global marketing team. This role will be involved with strategic planning through to execution. We are looking for someone with strong experience in digital marketing, automation systems and financial marketing with management and implementation experience across all marketing and communication channels.

 

 

Key Role Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for design, production and delivery of content marketing communications to support all business areas
  • Produce marketing collateral including brochures, flyers, event invitations and advertisements
  • Management of Pardot & SalesForce to drive automated marketing and lead customer journey programs, delivering incisive content at the right time to our key audiences
  • Design presentations to support sales, events and marketing
  • Assist in the implementation of campaigns from start to finish. Including ROI, evaluating and collating feedback
  • Design & deliver an SEO & PPC strategy and digital advertising campaigns
  • Implementation of digital advertising campaigns including programmatic advertising
  • Should drive the team forwards, technically and strategically, in how we can best utilize automation and optimization within marketing to deliver better results
  • Provision of analytics and performance metrics such as monthly dashboards and campaign tagging
  • Reporting on a monthly basis to Head of Marketing
  • Act as a guardian of the brand and ensure integration of visual identity and adherence of the brand message
  • Support the Sales team in organizing sales roadshows and presentation pitchbooks
  • Maintain and update records on the CRM
  • Produce monthly prospect and sales snapshot reports and quarterly sales insight reports
  • Analyze prospect data to assist the sales team focus on target markets and prospects

  • 4+ years of experience in financial marketing essential
  • Knowledge of digital marketing techniques and systems is vital
  • Must be proficient in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop as well as Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
  • Experience in Content Management Systems and website development software
  • Experience using marketing automation and optimization systems is essential
  • Must have excellent listening, verbal and written skills and be able to communicate effectively to a diversity of constituents with varying degrees of understanding of financial technology, asset management and financial markets
  • Entrepreneurial spirit: strong interpersonal skills and ability to work across teams to make things happen
  • Takes pride in their work with a good eye for detail
  • Strong analytical skills
