Digital Producer

Webreality is creating a new full-time role in Jersey for a Digital Producer who will manage key client relationships and lead projects involving the creation of digital assets.

Core to our ability to meet our client’s service expectations is the role of Digital Producer, and we need an additional one to help us accommodate the ever more sophisticated requirements of our fantastic clients. 

The role

The Digital Producer leads projects to create digital assets, ranging from brands to campaigns to websites.

This dynamic role includes managing Webreality’s relationships with a set of key clients, developing creative concepts to meet client briefs, managing projects for the clients in question, and ensuring all work produced by the Webreality team meets client requirements.

To succeed in this role, you will balance creative and analytical mindsets. You will have excellent communication and presentation skills, and experience in project management, and you’ll thrive in a dynamic, busy team. You will also have the maturity and professionalism to liaise with clients at a variety of levels and across functions.

Primary responsibilities

• Plan, manage and nurture relationships with key clients
• Interpret client requirements to form excellent internal production briefs
• Create concepts for new digital projects
• Manage client projects in accordance with Webreality’s processes and standards
• Oversee the production of digital media including websites, online advertising, social content and email marketing 
• Coordinate content creation including copy, graphics, photography and video
• Liaise with developers, designers, and strategists to ensure that the final product is consistent with the client’s vision and that workflow, documentation and design standards are being upheld
• Identify project issues and resolve them in a timely manner
• Ensure clients are kept updated on the delivery and results of digital campaigns
• Work to foster long-lasting client relationships.

• Relevant experience in both client and project management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail with the ability to work with good humour under pressure
• The ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
• A thirst for learning and continuous personal development – it’s what makes us tick.

Ideally, you’ll have no less than 2 years’ experience in a similar role, but we’re happy to flex on that if you can convince us of your brilliance in other ways.
