Webreality is creating a new full-time role in Jersey for a Digital Producer who will manage key client relationships and lead projects involving the creation of digital assets.
Webreality is a busy, thriving and growing digital agency. It’s a fun and rewarding place to work. We service over 200 clients, with multiple teams working on website builds, digital marketing campaigns, social media strategies, content production and custom software development.
Core to our ability to meet our client’s service expectations is the role of Digital Producer, and we need an additional one to help us accommodate the ever more sophisticated requirements of our fantastic clients.
The Digital Producer leads projects to create digital assets, ranging from brands to campaigns to websites.
This dynamic role includes managing Webreality’s relationships with a set of key clients, developing creative concepts to meet client briefs, managing projects for the clients in question, and ensuring all work produced by the Webreality team meets client requirements.
To succeed in this role, you will balance creative and analytical mindsets. You will have excellent communication and presentation skills, and experience in project management, and you’ll thrive in a dynamic, busy team. You will also have the maturity and professionalism to liaise with clients at a variety of levels and across functions.
Ideally, you’ll have no less than 2 years’ experience in a similar role, but we’re happy to flex on that if you can convince us of your brilliance in other ways.
Webreality is a growing business in an exciting creative industry. Whilst many of our clients are in Jersey, giving us the opportunity to get to know them personally as well as professionally, in recent years the majority of our new clients have come from referrals in the UK, where we have developed a reputation for quality of service and value for money. Many of our clients are prominent in their fields and extremely rewarding to work with. For our team, this means interesting and challenging work at the highest professional level.
Whilst we don’t have the resources to offer a finance industry-style salary and benefits package, we try to appeal as an employer in a different way.
Most of our team of 25 work in our Jersey office, which has been custom-designed as a versatile, relaxed and fun place to be. Even in normal times we encourage home working to enable our team members to get the best balance of work and family life. And, let’s face it, we’ve all had to become expert home workers in the past 12 months!
Our team culture is warm, open, non-hierarchical and fun-loving.
Interested? Think you can wow us?
