Job summary: The role is managing account relationships on an executive level. The successful individual will be required to work with the business heads to ensure revenue growth and quality delivery on transformational projects with current clients.

Key responsibilities:

• Responsible for the execution of all transformational activities on one (or more) accounts and accountable for the successful delivery of entire programs/projects

• Manage a revenue and growth target of upwards of 1.5 million GBP with growth in a single account of a minimum 20% Y-o-Y, the overall revenue of upwards of £8 million GBP

• Responsible and accountable for overall delivery roadmaps with teams to ensure deadlines, goals, and overall objectives are met to the client’s satisfaction

• Collaborate with the head of the business unit in the management of overall resource allocation and capacity planning for the program(s)

• Oversee program level status, metrics, issues and risks

• Managing internal and external technical and business resources

Knowledge:

• Technical background and understanding of core technology stacks and architecture like Siebel CRM, digital banking, data migration, master data management in tools like Siebel UCM is a must; knowledge in various automation software like Jenkins, testing tools like HP ALM etc is required

• Domain knowledge in banking regulatory norms, wealth management, advisory services, capital markets and various other areas is required

 Experience:

• Must have experience in digital solutions and RegTech solution offerings

• Strong people management skills

• Experience in Agile and Lean based process improvements in a large organisation acting in a leadership / managing consultant / client program manager role

• Experience in managing engagements in a distributed Agile environment such as on-site / offshore / nearshore model

• Responsible for overall quality, engagement, and adherence to the schedule and budget for the program; ability to conduct pre-sales activities and demos of products to end clients
