Role Overview

Main Responsibilities and Duties 

Windows Server Management: Administer and maintain Windows Server environments, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.

Office 365 Administration: Manage and troubleshoot Office 365 environments, including email, collaboration tools, and security settings.

Network Configuration and Management: Set up, configure, and manage IT networks, ensuring seamless connectivity and security.

Virus Troubleshooting and Remediation: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve virus and malware issues, implementing proactive measures to prevent future occurrences.

Windows Desktop Maintenance: Provide support for Windows desktop environments, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.

Essential Requirements

Relevant Qualifications and Experience: Hold relevant qualifications in Computer Science, Microsoft, CompTIA, ITIL, and possess experience in a similar IT support role.

Client Communication: Ability to effectively communicate with clients, including non-technical end users, translating complex technical issues into clear and understandable terms.

Composure Under Pressure: Maintain a calm and professional demeanour, even when faced with challenging situations.

Process Adherence: Follow established processes meticulously while also being capable of basic troubleshooting in situations where no predefined process exists.

Team Collaboration: Be an enthusiastic team player, ready to contribute to a diverse group of talented professionals.

Professional Presentation: Ability to dress smartly and present oneself professionally when interacting with clients.
