Our technology line has recently released Beacon – an innovative governance, risk and compliance (GRC) tool for the financial services industry.

Role Overview

This is a great opportunity to join a team developing innovative tech solutions on-island. The role involves working closely with our clients to understand their GRC requirements and to configure our highly flexible low/no-code SaaS platform to meet their needs. As a key member of a small team, this role will be crucial in shaping the solutions and products we deliver, the successful candidate’s contributions will directly impact on our success and innovation. The ideal candidate must have strong problem-solving skills, be detail-oriented, and capable of thinking logically to implement solutions effectively.

Responsibilities 

  • Collaborate with project teams to understand client business processes and requirements.
  • Assist in configuring and implementing the GRC platform to meet client specifications.
  • Participate in the creation of project documentation and system specifications.
  • Provide support and training to users of the GRC platform.
  • Work with senior consultants to troubleshoot and resolve configuration issues.
  • Assist in the testing of the platform to ensure functionality meets client expectations.
  • Ensure the integrity and security of GRC data, as well as cleansing and sorting client data to ensure accuracy and efficiency in system implementation.
  • Collaborate on exciting innovation projects in the financial services sector with the Innovation Lead, utilising AI and other advanced tools
  • Optional software development training available for those interested in developing coding skills.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Preferably (but not required) a recent, or soon to be graduate in a degree in a STEM field
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Interest in GRC or financial services is preferred
  • Familiarity with databases or coding languages is a plus
