Due to continued growth, we are looking for a Marketing Manager with a focus on digital, who will primarily lead the marketing team at the agency working closely with a range of engaged clients

As a Junior Marketing Officer at Snap, you will work closely with the marketing team to support the development and execution of marketing campaigns for our clients. You will be responsible for assisting with research, planning, and implementation of marketing strategies across a variety of channels, including digital, social media, email, and events. You will have the opportunity to learn and grow in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while contributing to the success of our clients’ businesses.

 

Responsibilities:

Conduct research and analysis to support the development of marketing strategies and campaigns.

Assist with the development and execution of digital and social media marketing campaigns, including social media posts, email marketing, and PPC advertising.

Support the planning and execution of events, including workshops, product launches, and experiential marketing activations.

Collaborate with the creative team to develop marketing materials and assets, including graphics, video, and copy.

Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimisation.

Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and technologies, and bring new ideas and approaches to the team.

Work within established brand guidelines and ensure all marketing materials are aligned with the client’s overall brand strategy.

Participate in client meetings and presentations, providing updates on campaign performance and contributing to the development of new marketing strategies and ideas.

 

Requirements:

A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.

1-2 years of experience in marketing or related field (internships included).

Knowledge of digital marketing channels and platforms, including social media, email marketing, PPC advertising, and analytics tools.

Familiarity with project management tools such as Monday.com, Notion, Trello etc.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Strong attention to detail and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

A passion for marketing and a willingness to learn and grow within the industry.

An understanding of branding and design, and how they play a role in effective marketing campaigns.

 

Technology:

Excellent IT Skills, particularly in Office 365; Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint. – Google Suite:Mail, Calendar, Drive.

Familiar with Digital marketing tools, Google Ads Manager, Meta business suite, Mailchimp, CRM systems, WordPress, Webflow, social media tools, Adobe suite, project management software and able to learn new software quickly.
