We are looking for a Network Operations Centre Analyst to join us on a permanent contract, based in our Jersey office.
This role plays a key part in ensuring our network quality, you will actively supervise and analyse network taps and alarms to identify early indicators of service degradation for resolution, investigate and be responsible for the escalation to key stakeholders.
We can offer you an environment where you will be responsible for analysing service quality, identifying early indicators of service degradation and coming up with the accurate resolutions.
