Wednesday 2nd February 2022
We have a vacancy within our Public Health Intelligence team to provide insights using a wide range of internal and external data. Public Health is everyone’s business and having good quality information and insight means we can help our Islanders to live healthy, longer lives. Currently this intelligence is crucial to the local response to COVID-19 and our recovery as an Island.
This post will be part of a team responsible for the timely production of specialist public health reports, turning complex data into meaningful intelligence for decision-makers. You will work collaboratively with colleagues across government and wider organisations to understand how the pandemic has impacted the health of our Islanders and identify the wider health priorities to establish resilience and support recovery for the island.
We are looking for an experienced Public Health Assistant Analyst, proficient in data manipulation, research and analysis, data visualisation and database architecture to join our team. The team uses a range of technologies including Power BI, SQL, Excel and Alteryx. You will have excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and support colleagues and stakeholders at all levels.
