We have a full-time vacancy in our Jersey office for a Senior Client Manager.

Due to continuing growth in demand from both existing and new clients, we’re creating a vacancy for an experienced Senior Client Manager.

The role

Most agencies would call this role “Senior Account Manager”. We prefer to call our clients “clients”, rather than “accounts”, because it better reflects the way we seek to treat them and make them feel. We’re not just about fees. We aim to create real value for our clients, and to build and nurture high-value relationships with them over many years.

We’re looking for someone who can prove to us and our clients that they think the same way.

This exciting role involves managing Webreality’s relationships with a set of key clients to create and manage digital assets. You will develop strategies and ideas to meet client briefs, manage projects for the clients in question, including establishing and managing project budgets, and ensure all work produced by the Webreality team meets client requirements.

To succeed in this role, you will need to balance creative and analytical mindsets. You will have excellent communication and presentation skills, and extensive experience in client management, and you’ll thrive in a dynamic, busy team. You will also have the maturity and professionalism to liaise with clients at a variety of levels and across functions.

Primary responsibilities

  • Plan, manage and nurture relationships with clients
  • Lead and be responsible for several key client relationships
  • Stay on top of industry trends and identify new opportunities to contribute toward each client’s growth
  • Interpret client requirements to form excellent production briefs
  • Plan and manage client projects in accordance with Webreality’s processes and standards
  • Oversee the production of digital media including websites, digital advertising, email marketing, and social content and campaigns.
  • Coordinate content creation including copy, graphics, photography and video
  • Liaise with developers, designers and strategists to ensure that the final product is consistent with the client’s vision and that workflow, documentation and design standards are being upheld
  • Identify project issues and resolve them in a timely manner
  • Ensure clients are kept updated on the delivery and results of digital campaigns
  • Work to foster long-lasting client relationships.

What we’re looking for

  • A minimum of three years’ experience in a similar client management role, in-house or agency side
  • A passion for the creative use of digital technology
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail with the ability to work with good humour under pressure
  • The ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
