The Role
We are looking for a motivated Studio Coordinator who will support the company operations by maintaining office systems and maintaining excellent communications with colleagues and clients.
Working in a dynamic, fast-paced digital agency the candidate will be energetic, positive and competent in prioritising and working under pressure, with little supervision. They will be self-motivating and trustworthy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communication with relevant suppliers to support the coordination and delivery of internal and external projects
  • Arranging internal and external meetings for Switch team members; booking rooms, and planning refreshments
  • Managing correspondence by answering emails and sorting postal mail
  • Assisting in the planning and arranging of events, including weekly team lunches and key diary date events 
  • Manage reception area and looks after visitors
  • Answer phone calls
  • Maintain stock lists and orders office supplies as needed
  • Manage our support ticket support system
  • Support the team with minor website content changes and site updates – training to be provided

Your Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication – essential
  • Ability to work well within a team – essential
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint – essential

  • Excellent communication and liaison skills – both written and verbal
  • Well organised with exceptional attention to detail
  • Able to work with minimal supervision. Proactive, self-confident and self-motivated

  • An outgoing, positive thinker, with consistent levels of evident enthusiasm
  • Open, honest and direct, and comfortable in giving and receiving constructive feedback
  • Possesses strong customer telephone and face to face skills
