Welcome to the “Quick Start to IoT with Arduino, Cloud Services, and Home Automation” course. This hands-on session is designed to introduce you to the exciting world of the Internet of Things (IoT) using Arduino, one of the most popular platforms for DIY electronics. Over three hours, you’ll learn how to collect data from sensors, visualise it on the Arduino IoT Cloud, and integrate this data with Home Assistant to automate everyday tasks in your home. Whether you’re new to IoT or looking to enhance your skills, this course will provide you with the foundational knowledge and practical experience to start building your own IoT projects. By the end of the course, you’ll have a working IoT system that demonstrates the power and potential of connected devices in a smart home environment.
