Welcome to the exciting world of electronics and robotics! We are thrilled to introduce you to our brand-new course, “Learn Electronics through Robotics”, a hands-on exploration. This full-day practical workshop is designed to immerse you in the fascinating realm of electronics, using microcontrollers. We will:

  • Start with the simple BBC Microbit using drag-and-drop commands in minutes
  • Use the new Raspberry Pi Pico W for super cheap and quick solutions in Python
  • Use Arduino Nano 33 BLE to bring your creations to life via IoT in C++
  • Make circuits that respond to code and the environment
  • Have lots of fun

Are you a hobbyist with a passion for tinkering, or a complete beginner eager to embark on a journey of discovery? This introductory session is open to enthusiasts of all levels, and it promises to be an unforgettable experience. Get ready to make things move, react to the world around you, and even access IoT (Internet of Things) services with very little code.

During this immersive workshop, you will not only learn the fundamentals of electronics and robotics but also get your hands on the tools and components needed to build your own projects. And the best part? You’ll take your electronic creations home with you, allowing you to continue your exploration long after the course concludes.

Please note that a laptop (Mac, PC or Linux) is required for this workshop, as we will be diving into practical exercises that involve coding and interfacing with microcontrollers. Whether you’re a hobbyist looking to expand your skills or a beginner eager to dive into the world of electronics and robotics, this course is your gateway to a world of endless possibilities.
