This seminar will review the UK Government's 10 steps to cybersecurity in a local context, demonstrating how to implement an effective, responsible cybersecurity baseline in your organisation- one that meets essential legal and regulatory expectations without the need for expensive and complex solutions.

Presenter Matt Palmer, having delivered new and improved security postures in several major financial services organisations, is an accomplished CISO with both board level experience and hands-on practical knowledge of responding to cyber threats. Currently Chairman of the Channel Isands Information Security Forum, Matt is a member of the ISACA Security Advisory Group and an established speaker on cyber security, governance and risk. His views and analysis have been featured in a range of publications including the Times, the Economist, Internal Auditor, Computer Weekly as well as various industry journals.
