Responsibilities: | - Quality check & assurance of data-model-document requirements through the project life cycle
- Assistance for the BIM information requirements and collaboration procedures for design, coordination, clash detection, 4D phasing for construction planning programme, 5D costing for cost control, health and safety, quality control, procurement, facilities management
- Technical support for the implementation and monitorisation of BIM information management processes applied to the project; document and contents control through common data environment platforms
- Support to define the level of information need on BIM execution plan, modelling strategies and data structure for supply chain disciplines, to ensure the compliance of the BIM requirements specified on PEP, BEP, EIR
- Research & development of workflows for automated machine interpretable requirements checking, audits, reports throughout processed data harvesting from CDE Autodesk Construction Cloud BIM360 and visual programming with Dynamo
- Internal support for the production of construction sequenced models and presentations for underground incoming services, logistics, temporary works, traffic control/deviation
- Skills: BIM360, Viewpoint, Revit, Dynamo, Python, Excel, PowerBI, Navisworks, CostX, Synchro, Primavera P6 |
