We’re looking for a highly experienced and detail-oriented Production Lead to head up our production design function. This role ensures creative excellence and consistency across the final output of all campaign executions.
You’ll oversee the adaptation and rollout of master creative across multiple channels – digital, print, social, and more – ensuring designs are executed flawlessly and in line with brand and campaign guidelines.
This role requires strong leadership, a deep understanding of design, and the ability to manage a team of in-house and freelance production designers.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee all production design output across the agency, ensuring quality, consistency, and timely delivery
- Translate master creative concepts into effective multi-channel executions, maintaining design integrity across formats
- Manage a team of production designers (internal and freelance), assigning tasks, mentoring talent, and fostering growth
- Collaborate closely with Creative, Account, and Project Management teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns
- Implement efficient workflows, tools, and processes to scale production without compromising quality
- Ensure all assets adhere to brand guidelines, technical specifications, and industry standards
- Review and approve final outputs before delivery, acting as the last line of defense for quality control
- Maintain strong vendor and freelance relationships for scalable support when needed
- Drive innovation in production practices and stay up to date on emerging tools, platforms, and techniques
Requirements
- Experience in a creative or production design environment. Leadership experience is beneficial
- A background in design, with strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and production best practices
- Experience with motion/animation asset production workflows
- Proven experience adapting campaigns across multiple channels (digital, print, social, out-of-home, etc.)
- Deep understanding of design systems, templates, asset management, and brand compliance
- Exceptional attention to detail, organisational skills, and an eye for creative execution
- Strong communication and collaboration skills – comfortable interfacing with creatives, clients, and operational teams
- Solutions-focused approach to working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
