Service Desk Analyst (temp)

We are seeking an experienced Service Desk Analyst to join our busy team.
You will provide support and technical advice to all business users to meet agreed service levels, ensuring their problems are logged and addressed in a timely and efficient manner. Where a call needs to be escalated, investigate and gather information before passing the call to the appropriate person, monitoring progress and keeping customers fully informed to ensure an excellent customer service is maintained.
Follow processes to ensure that a high quality of service is provided to internal and external customers.
Educated to at least ‘A’ level standard or equivalent.
A recognised technical qualification such as Windows 7 Enterprise Desktop Support Technician.
A basic understanding of ITIL best practises
Ability to handle a high volume of telephone / email enquiries in a sometimes stressful environment.
