MARBRAL ADVISORY CONTINUES EXPANSION WITH NEW PERMANENT HIRES IN JERSEY

Change and project management consultancy Marbral Advisory has appointed Laura Spears and Jenny Winspear.

Change and project management consultancy Marbral Advisory, has appointed Laura Spears as Head of People and Operations and Jenny Winspear as Consultant and Product Development Lead.

The company has presence in the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, UK, Malta and Portugal and specialises in digital, people and organisational change. The appointments support the businesses growth strategy, expanding the permanent team in Jersey. Further hires are also being sought in the Isle of Man to meet growing client demand in the region.

Laura Spears takes on a senior leadership role in the company that spans all jurisdictions. She is responsible for the people and resourcing activities across the business, including contracting, policies and procedures, people development, training and onboarding. Her role is significant in enabling Marbral Advisory to achieve its growth potential, whilst maintaining its high levels of client satisfaction.

Ms Spears is Jersey born but worked in London for over a decade. Her last position was Director of Operations for the Allect Design Group. She is highly experienced in people management, project delivery and business strategy.

Jenny Winspear becomes a permanent member of the team after working as a contractor for Marbral Advisory for six months. In her role as Consultant and Product Development Lead, she will continue to support clients in delivering strategic change portfolios, project management, business planning, stakeholder management and governance. She will also lead on the company’s wellbeing consultancy services, delivering corporate wellbeing reviews, data analysis, and developing wellbeing programmes across the Channel Islands.

Ms Winspear has an MA in Organisational Psychology and is a certified PCI Change Practitioner. She studied at the University of Melbourne, Monash, and Deakin in Australia before moving back to Jersey and embarking on a career in HR. She then progressed into the consultancy field, working for Deloitte, followed by a management consultancy firm where her focus was change management, culture diagnostics, project management and leadership development.
