The States of Jersey has said they’ll help Jersey students with their flights if they get an interview and place on the new GCHQ Cyber Insiders’ Summer School. The courses are a great opportunity for undergraduates to see the cutting-edge of tech in intelligence.
Cyber Insiders
GCHQ’s 2016 Cyber Insiders Summer School in Cheltenham offers an exciting opportunity for students considering a career in intelligence
The Course is for undergraduates studying for a first degree in Computer Science, Physics or Maths, a combination or a closely related course

The deadline for applications is Monday 8th February
Bed and breakfast accommodation is provided and there will be a daily attendance allowance of £50
In addition the States of Jersey Information Services department is willing to sponsor applicants for the costs of interview expenses and one flight to and from Cheltenham to attend the course

Cyber Exposure
GCHQ is offering an opportunity for talented students to attend a 6 week high tech summer school and one of three locations across the UK
To be eligible you must be 18 years + on the 1 April 2016 and have, or be on track for, 2 A-levels or equivalent at grade C or above
