This year there are eleven awards which are open to any individual or business in Jersey. While some categories are focused on tech companies, others such as the creative tech project, or the sustainability, productivity and cyber security categories, are open to all organisations.
Digital Jersey CEO, Tony Moretta, said: ‘These awards are not just aimed at recognising digital companies, but are for any business or individual who is harnessing technology. Digital is ubiquitous, every company and every one of us use it, and we want to recognise those who are making a real difference. By showcasing the best, we can all learn from them as well as encourage and celebrate their success.’
Last year’s awards saw record numbers of nominations. With the pandemic being the catalyst for a significant acceleration of digitisation and technology innovation, Digital Jersey, which organises the awards, is expecting a bumper year of entrants.
