The Digital Jersey mentorship scheme connects members with experienced business leaders who can guide you on your start-up journey.
Since starting the scheme this year, we’ve made 6 successful connections, which we are really pleased with.
To understand a bit more about the performance of the scheme, we conducted a survey following several meet ups between Mentors and Mentees.
The results are as follows:
- All Mentees ranked the programme with 9/10 overall.
- The quality of their matches with their Mentors was ranked 4.5/5.
- 100% of the Mentees wanted to stay in contact with their Mentors in the future, and 100% would strongly recommend the Digital Jersey Mentoring Programme.
- When asked “what inspired you about your mentor,” responses included: “the openness and interest to provide help,” and “he asked probing and direct questions that helped me align my thinking, product and strategy.”
