Five days. One idea. A startup that actually ships.

Turn your idea into something real in five days. Build a working product, test it with real users, and leave with a clear next-step plan. Built for founders ready to move from thinking to doing.

What is it?

An intensive, hands-on bootcamp for founders who are tired of talking about their idea and ready to build it. You arrive on Monday with a concept. You leave on Friday with a working product, a tested market, and a plan to get your first customers.

The Pitch

21

Most startup ideas die on a Notion page. Not because they’re bad, but because founders never get out of their own heads.

This bootcamp fixes that.

Over five days, you’ll go from a rough idea to a live product, validated with real users. No theory lectures. No pitch deck theatre. No networking drinks pretending to be work. Just five days of focused building, testing, and shipping, with operators who have actually done it.

You’ll be pushed hard. That’s the point.

Who It's For

You should apply if:

  • You have an idea you’ve been sitting on for months
  • You’ve got technical or domain skills but keep getting stuck on what to build first
  • You’re a non-technical founder who needs a structured way to validate before hiring
  • You’ve tried to build alone and lost momentum
  • You want honest feedback from people who have built and sold companies, not consultants

You shouldn’t apply if:

  • You want to “explore entrepreneurship” without committing
  • You’re looking for a networking event
  • You expect us to have the idea for you

The 5 Days

1
Day 1: Sharpen the Idea

Kill the bits that don't matter. Define the problem, the user, and what success looks like by Friday. By the end of day one, you'll have a one-page spec and a list of assumptions you need to test.

2
Day 2: Talk to Real People

We run customer interviews, together. You'll speak to at least five potential users before lunch on Tuesday. We teach you how to ask questions that don't lie to you. You either confirm the problem is real, or you pivot fast.

3
Day 3: Build the Thing

Using AI tools, modern no-code stacks, and focused technical support, you'll ship a working prototype. Not a mockup. Not a Figma file. A product people can actually use. We have engineers on hand if you hit walls.

4
Day 4: Put It In Front of Users

Real users. Real feedback. You'll push your product to a small test audience, watch how they use it, and iterate the same day. This is where most bootcamps end. We're just getting started.

5
Day 5: Plan the First 90 Days

Pricing, positioning, first ten customers, first month's priorities. You leave with a concrete plan, a working product, and a pitch that's been sharpened by a week of pressure testing. We end with a demo session to invited investors, operators, and potential customers.

What You Leave With

A working product, live on the internet. Five to ten customer conversations worth of real market data. A 90-day execution plan you actually believe in. A cohort of founders who watched you build it and will tell you the truth going forward.

The Team

You’re coached by founders, operators, and engineers who have built, scaled, and exited companies. Not academics. Not career consultants. People who ship.

FAQs

Is this for solo founders or teams?

Both. If you’re a team, at least two of you need to commit to the full week. No dropping in.

Do I need to be technical?

No. Roughly half of each cohort are non-technical founders. We give you the tools to build without code, and we pair you with technical mentors when needed.

What if my idea is rubbish?

Then you’ll know by Tuesday. That’s worth the price of admission on its own. Most founders spend a year finding out what you’ll find out in a week.

Do I keep the IP?

Yes. Everything you build is yours. We don’t take equity.

Will there be investors?

On Friday, yes. The demo session is a real room with real capital. But we don’t optimise the week around fundraising. We optimise it around shipping something worth funding.

Can I keep working my day job?

Yes you can, that’s one of the benefits of this, you can explore and get investment before taking the leap. You must be there for the full five days though, so remember to slot in that annual leave.

Stop polishing the idea. Come build it.

Applications take fifteen minutes. We respond within 48 hours.
