Students apply online, sharing why they want to take part, what they can bring, and which sector they’re interested in. Shortlisted students are invited to interview and receive valuable feedback on their application and interview skills. Successful applicants are then matched with a leader aligned to their interests.
The scheme launches each November, with applications closing on 16 January 2026, and typically takes place during Easter or summer holidays. Highly regarded by employers, it’s a great addition to university and future job applications.
