Azure / M365 Engineer – Clarity

Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, M365 Modern Desktop Administrator Associate or 365 Enterprise Administrator Expert

Skills & Experience

Proven experience deploying and managing Microsoft 365 services:

• Exchange Online, Defender, Entra, SharePoint Online, Teams, Intune

Hands-on experience with:

• Entra, Conditional Access, Identity Protection, Hybrid Join
• Autopilot, Intune, Powershell Deployment Toolkit, MDM/MAM, Group Policy migration
• PowerShell scripting for automation

Experience with Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) environments:

• Setup, scaling plans, user profile management, FSLogix, and performance tuning

Familiarity with migration projects:

• Exchange to Exchange Online, file shares to SharePoint, domain join to Azure AD
• Data migration (Robocopy, Azure File Sync, azcopy, etc)

General awareness of third-party tools:

• Email filtering
• Web filtering

Understanding of networking fundamentals:

• DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewalls in relation to cloud deployments
• General understating of third-party client/server applications and migrations
• Software that relies on MSSQL, etc.

Soft Skills

• Strong documentation and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with project managers, technical teams, and stakeholders
• Ability to work out of hours for Go Live on projects
• Experience in client-facing or consultancy roles
