Business Development Manager (£90,000 OTE) – Chrome Technology

We’re looking for an ambitious and driven Business Development Manager to join our growing team in Jersey. You’ll play a key role in expanding our reach across Jersey, the UK, mainland and Europe, promoting our cutting-edge Cyber Security, IT Solutions and Telecoms services.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated sales professional with a passion for technology and innovation to build meaningful client relationships and help businesses achieve their digital goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, engage, and develop new business opportunities across target markets
• Manage and grow existing client relationships, ensuring exceptional service delivery
• Develop a strong understanding of our Cyber Security, IT and Telecoms portfolio to position solutions effectively
• Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored proposals and presentations for clients
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators
• Keep up to date with market trends and competitor offerings to identify new growth opportunities

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in B2B sales or business development, ideally within the IT, Telecoms or Cyber Security sectors.

• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
• Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven with a passion for delivering results
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Willingness to travel within Jersey, the UK and Europe as required

What We Offer

• Competitive salary of £35,000 to £40,000 depending on experience
• Uncapped commission and performance incentives. Realistic OTE (Year 1) £90,000
