We’re looking for an additional full-time Client Manager to join our team in Jersey.

The role
We’re looking for a commercially minded, naturally curious Client Manager who enjoys solving problems, building relationships and seeing projects through from start to finish.
This is much more than traditional account management. We don’t see clients as accounts; we see them as partners. Your role is to understand their world, help them navigate challenges, and turn opportunities into meaningful outcomes through digital-first thinking.
You’ll work closely with our designers, developers, strategists and marketers to deliver work that meets client objectives and strengthens their trust in Webreality. Along the way, you’ll spot opportunities to improve, evolve and grow their digital presence – focusing not on selling, but on creating value that benefits them and the agency.
