CBO Projects is growing its Data & Digital Solutions team, and we’re looking for talented, motivated individuals to join us. Whether you’re early in your career or have a strong track record in data consulting, we want to hear from you.

You’ll have the opportunity to work with a wide range of clients across sectors such as financial services, legal, and government—helping them solve real-world challenges using data.

This role is designed to offer both a strong foundation for emerging consultants and exciting challenges for those with more experience.

What You’ll Do
As a Data Solutions Consultant, your work will include:

Collaborating with clients to understand data-related challenges and opportunities
Supporting or leading the delivery of solutions across areas such as data integration, data governance, automation, analytics, and engineering.

Examples of typical work include:

  • Connecting systems and unifying data using APIs, ETL tools, or low-code platforms
  • Creating structured documentation, data dictionaries, and quality assurance processes
  • Streamlining manual processes using automation tools like Power Automate, Python, PowerShell, or RPA software
  • Building dashboards, reports, and visual insights using Power BI, Tableau, or Databricks
  • Designing data structures and pipelines using SQL and cloud-native tools like Microsoft Fabric
  • You’ll also contribute to internal project delivery, knowledge sharing, and the development of reusable assets. You’ll participate in training, team workshops, and continuous professional development

If You Join as a More Experienced Consultant, Your Work May Also Include:

  • Leading client engagements or workstreams
  • Managing delivery scope, timelines, and budgets
  • Acting as the main point of contact for stakeholders
  • Conducting quality assurance reviews and defining best practices
  • Mentoring and supporting the development of junior team members
  • Contributing to the growth and strategy of the Data Solutions service line
  • Leading or contributing to proposals, pitches, and business development

Requirements

What We’re Looking For
We’re open to a wide range of backgrounds, but we’d love to hear from you if you:

  • Have experience in one or more of the following areas: Data Analysis, Integration, Automation, Engineering, or Governance
  • Are curious, self-motivated, and enjoy solving problems
  • Are comfortable working directly with clients or keen to develop your consulting skills
  • Communicate clearly and are confident working as part of a collaborative team.

Our Technical Toolkit
You don’t need experience with every tool — we’re looking for individuals who are enthusiastic about learning and developing their skills.

  • Power BI, Tableau, Databricks, Microsoft Fabric
  • SQL, Azure Data Factory
  • Power Automate, Python, PowerShell, UiPath
  • REST APIs, Power Platform, Zapier
