Helping Jersey businesses stay competitive in the age of AI

Many Jersey businesses risk falling behind as artificial intelligence rapidly transforms industries across the world. Local digital firm Blue Llama has launched a new AI Opportunities Workshop to help small and medium-sized organisations understand where AI can make the biggest impact, improving productivity, reducing costs and freeing up staff time.

Delivered over a 30-day period, the workshop involves a series of short sessions with management and key staff to explore how existing processes can be made more efficient. It concludes with a prioritised plan that identifies the best opportunities for automation and AI, presented clearly to senior management. It is a low-cost, low-commitment way for organisations to explore what AI could do for them before deciding on any major investment.

The company has already delivered automation projects for D2 Real Estate and All Island Media, and has recently begun work with local charity EYECAN to streamline its children’s voucher scheme. The focus is on no-code Microsoft Power Platform solutions, ensuring data is secure and costs are not prohibitive.

With the Jersey Business Productivity Grant now reopened, there’s never been a better time to explore AI.
