Will is responsible for driving and managing innovation initiatives, primarily focused on the design, funding, and delivery of projects and programmes for Digital Jersey and Impact Jersey. This role involves identifying innovation opportunities, developing proposals to secure funding, and overseeing the entire lifecycle of Impact Jersey programmes from approval and mobilisation through to successful delivery.
Before joining Digital Jersey Will spent seven years in London working the UK Government across policy programmes and international campaigns in the Department for Digital Culture Media & Sport, the Ministry of Defence and the Cabinet Office, as well as serving as a Reservist in the British Army as a Communications Specialists.
