• 10:20 – Working block one, finding the candidates
  You map your own processes against the RIPE framework.
• 11:05 – Break
• 11:15 – Working block two, putting a number on it
  Rank the list using TRIM, then model savings and payback for your top opportunities.
• 12:00 – Share back and pressure test
  Each business presents its number one opportunity and the room pokes holes in it.
• 12:20 – What happens next
  How to take your shortlist back to your team and act on it.
