At this unique event, Dominic Jones will talk about how JP Restaurants uses technology to engage with customers throughout their interaction with a restaurant
From online to front of house, kitchen and back office, the implementation of technology is supporting the creation and delivery of a customer service culture.
Established in 1946, Jersey Pottery started life as a manufacturer of ceramics. During the tourism boom of the 1980’s it became a major attraction with over 1 million visitors to it pottery and showroom. The introduction of a coffee bar at its site in Gorey was the beginning of what has grown to become JP Restaurants, one of Jersey’s leading hospitality businesses. Serving thousands of customers daily, JP Restaurants is focused not only on delivering great food, but also in delivering excellent customer service.
