Smartphones and social media are everywhere, but how do we set healthy boundaries?

During the week starting 15th September, every pupil from Years 4 to Year 13 in all primary and secondary schools will be taking part in workshops delivered by Natasha Devon MBE, an acclaimed mental health advocate, writer and broadcaster.

The talks will explore with pupils the influence of social media, the impact of online content on self-esteem and identity, and the challenges of screen addiction and cyberbullying and how young people and families can better understand and navigate digital life.

There will be two sessions for parents to join in person or online on Tuesday 16th and Wednesday 17th September from 6 – 8pm where Natastha will share simple, practical tips to create harmony with technology, set digital limits, and spark meaningful conversations.
