A practical session on giving AI the context and connections your business actually runs on, with Jersey AI trainer Nikki Anderson.

Most people start every AI conversation from nothing. Explaining what the business does, who the clients are, how you write, what good looks like. Then doing it again the next morning. The output comes back generic because the AI has never been told anything about you. An AI operating system closes that gap, and it is mostly a setup job rather than a technical one.
Phil de Gruchy of Blue Llama is joined by Nikki Anderson, a Jersey-based AI trainer who works with finance, trust, legal and accountancy teams on the island and further afield.
Nikki walks through the two foundations that do the heavy lifting, the context your AI needs and the connections into the systems your work already lives in, and shows how to use AI to write those documents with you so you are not facing a blank page. She then gives a short look at what sits on top, where repeat work becomes reusable processes, agents and scheduled tasks. The walkthrough uses Claude, and the approach carries across to Microsoft Copilot and ChatGPT.
