Co-Founder of Prosperity 24/7 achieves the Institute of Directors’ flagship qualification

Geraldine Evans, COO and Co-Founder of Prosperity 24/7 has achieved the Institute of Directors’ (IoD) flagship qualification and is now recognised as a Chartered Director.

The IoD programme consists of three stages that lead to chartered status – Certificate in Company Direction which includes four modules and exams; Diploma in Company Direction which is an intensive three-day course and exam; and the final stage is obtained after submitting a summary of experience and passing an interview and assessment.

Highly regarded as a leader in learning and development, Geraldine has also been nominated for this year’s Jersey TechAwards in the leadership category. Her IoD qualification further cements her senior leadership skills within Jersey’s technology sector. She has been instrumental in introducing the first gender pay gap report for the sector, encouraging transparency and fairness for an industry where roles tend to be pre-dominantly male. She has also been a driving force behind Prosperity 24/7’s ISO27001 certification which is the global information security management system (ISMS) standard for providing a structured approach to safeguarding data and managing information security effectively.
