Matt arrives at The Summit bringing extensive experience from business analysis, project management, accounting and software engineering, all of which underpin his excellent analytics capabilities and business knowledge.
Combining a keen commercial outlook with a breadth of roles in industries including Financial Services/Wealth Management, Intellectual Property, and Telecoms, Matt is able to quickly assimilate business models and work with clients to develop KPIs, conduct analyses, identify value-adding opportunities and aid data-driven business management.
Matt is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA), PRINCE2/Scrum certified, and has experience of a wide array of technologies including SQL database and reporting platforms such as MSSQL, PostgreSQL, MySQL, Cognos, SSRS, Crystal, MS Access, Power BI among others.
Some examples among the many projects that Matt has been involved in delivering include: MI/KPI dashboards, Analytics (forecasting, customer/case churn, budgeting, performance management), Data Warehouse migration, Accounting/ERP system migrations, system implementations, credit control, continuous improvement initiatives, and FATCA reporting.
