Building on the valuable insights from our previous Startup Bootcamp and Springboard, we have crafted Start & Scale, which truly understands and addresses the unique dynamics of Jersey’s entrepreneurial environment. While the Bootcamp was instrumental in fostering collaboration and focus among local entrepreneurs, we recognised the need for a more tailored approach to tackle the specific challenges and opportunities of our island’s limited talent pool and complex structure.
