Tom is the founder and CEO of Pinpoint, an HR Technology business headquartered in Jersey servicing clients in over 50 countries around the world. He’s actively involved in the digital community in Jersey for many years, founding the Digital Jersey Coding Programme and acting as a mentor / advisor to a number of digital businesses.
He was voted IoD Start-up Director of the Year in both Jersey and the UK, Digital Leader of the Year in Jersey, and Pinpoint has won numerous awards from Gartner, Capterra and G2.
Prior to Pinpoint, Tom founded a software development business as a teenager before becoming Chief Digital Officer at Calligo.
