With a background in engineering, Charlie is responsible for driving a range of innovation initiatives at Digital Jersey. She leads on STEM programmes as well as Start & Scale initiatives, managing them from initial design through to delivery, while supporting the wider team on projects across the organisation.
Before joining Digital Jersey, Charlie built her technical foundation in the Civil & Structural Engineering sector. She leverages this engineering-led approach to bridge the gap between complex technical requirements and successful project execution.
