Success Stories

By 25, I’d completed the Level 3 BTEC Extended Diploma in IT and loved every minute of it, so when I was told about the programme at UCJ and that it was available here on-island, I was extremely interested. What really swayed it for me was the Work Placement element as it would be a great way to see exactly what was on offer and hopefully build a career from it. I’m very proud to have found my specialism and career all at the same time. I joined C5 Alliance in 2014 on a Work Placement and have never looked back. Currently, I am a Consultant in the Technical Solutions Team. I really can’t thank the UCJ staff and my employer enough for their patience and guidance which helped me forge the path to where I am today!
